OCTOVO

Otto converts thinking work into “tasks” — a display unit worth about 6 cents on average, not the actual billing basis. From 80% of the monthly quota, a warning appears, optionally with automatic top-up. Alongside that, the window shows your connected devices, your plan and a renewal date.

What the month has cost

The “Quota” window shows in one line how much of the monthly quota is used, plus your connected devices and your plan. The analyses next to it look further back: how mailbox, response time and autonomy have developed over the past weeks.

How the quota is measured

The unit: “tasks”
About 6 cents of average model cost per task — an internal display value for “roughly 340 tasks left”, conservatively set. Billing internally runs in tokens, not in tasks.
Warning from 80%
Up to that point, the figure is purely informational; from four-fifths of the quota onward, it becomes a warning line.
Automatic top-up
Can be switched on and off — when it is on, the warning sentence changes accordingly instead of simply disappearing.
Spending limit
A monthly maximum amount in euros, or explicitly “no limit”.
No quota set
An account without a ceiling shows neither “used” nor “running low” — the same wording applies consistently on the daily-board tile and in the info bar.

Devices & plan

The window lists every connected device with its name and operating system, and marks which one is the one currently open. Plan name, renewal date and the two switches (top-up, spending limit) sit alongside in one line. The exact limits per plan — number of mailboxes, concurrent standing orders, devices, included tasks — live on the pricing page, not duplicated here.

The four analyses

  • Mail volume — How much mail arrived over the past 14 days.
  • Response times — How quickly mail was answered, over 30 days, grouped into time classes.
  • Autonomy uptake — How many of the last 14 days’ matters Otto took on by itself, and how many it did not.
  • Usage projection — A projection of the month’s cost, once at least three days of data are available — never guessed, only calculated from real figures.

If the basis for an analysis is missing, the reason is stated in plain words — never an invented zero that would look like a result.
