Free slots, genuinely free

Otto creates appointments in the calendar you already use, proposes free slots, and factors in an estimated travel time while doing so. This page describes what it goes by, and where it never acts without you.

What the tool can do

View
Shows the coming seven days by default, recurring events flagged as part of their series.
Search
Searches title, location and description — without a date range, 60 days back to 400 days forward.
Find free slots
Looks at most 14 days ahead and usually proposes three genuinely free times.
Create, edit, move, cancel
For single appointments or a whole series — plus inviting and responding for other attendees.
