Otto fetches your mail onto your device, sorts it into three piles, writes drafts with a reason, and tidies up ads and folders on its own.

An inbox , not an avalanche
Every incoming message lands on one of three piles before you even look at it. This page describes what Otto goes by, what it tidies up on its own, and where it never acts without your approval.
The three piles
- Important
- People you are currently dealing with, deadlines, anything where someone is waiting on you.
- Can wait
- Can keep until later today. Does not disappear, just does not push.
- Ads
- Newsletters and offers. Otto clears them away and reports in the evening what it cleared.
